When we work toward something, strive, we say "With The Help of G-d" (in Hebrew, "B'ezrat HaShem") Bet, Ayin, Hay is the traditional abbreviation for this meaningful reminder. I have used sterling silver Hebrew block letters, and red (July) Swarovski crystals. You may choose to put a name in the blank and/or choose a different crystal color below.
